Plain terms.

• Bay Hours gives computed times for planning. They are not observations or forecasts and are not for navigation. Weather, haze, terrain and buildings decide what you actually see.
• You are responsible for your own safety on the shore, on the water and on ice. Never look at the sun directly or through optics without a proper solar filter.
• Prices are as shown on the pricing page. During the preview nothing is charged. When payments start: monthly and yearly passes renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, keeping the time already paid for; the 7-day pass is one payment and does not renew.
• Do not use the site to overload it or to store anything other than your own spot names, bearings and notes.
• Bay Hours is independent and not affiliated with the City of Sandusky, Erie County, Ottawa County or any government agency, park, port or business.
